

ABOUT MY INNER SEASONS
I didn’t create My Inner Seasons from a business idea.
I created it from burnout.
From exhaustion.
From trying to force myself into systems that were never designed for my brain or my body.
For most of my life, I thought I was inconsistent.
I would build routines I couldn’t stick to.
I would have days where I felt unstoppable… and then days where I could barely function.
I thought I lacked discipline.
But what I actually lacked was understanding.
The missing piece: my brain + my cycle
Everything changed when I started to understand two things:
I have a neurodivergent brain (ADHD traits, dopamine-based motivation, sensory sensitivity)
I have a hormonal cycle that changes my energy, mood, focus, and capacity each month
And instead of trying to fight both of them…
I started working with them.
What I believe now
I believe you don’t need a stricter routine.
You need a more honest one.
One that understands:
your energy is not supposed to be the same every day
your focus will come in waves
your capacity will change across the month
rest is not failure
consistency is not supposed to look linear
Why My Inner Seasons exists
My Inner Seasons exists to help neurodivergent women stop trying to live like everyone else.
And start building lives that actually fit them.
Lives that move with:
their ADHD brain
their menstrual cycle
their nervous system
their real energy (not their “ideal” energy)
