I spent years feeling like I was trapped in my own body. From my first period at 13, I battled painful cramps, bloating, nausea, and exhaustion. After 7 years and countless doctor visits, I finally got my diagnosis: endometriosis.
The only solution they offered me was surgery—over and over again—adding even more scar tissue to my body. That wasn’t good enough for me.
So, I dove deep into natural healing. Over the last 8 years, I’ve reduced my symptoms, supported my hormones, and even conceived naturally 4 times, bringing 2 beautiful babies into the world.
Why I Created My Inner Seasons
